Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, if there is something wrong with your order please email us at agateandbirch@gmail.com to begin the return process.  Please include your name, order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for the return.

All returned items must be sent back new to Agate and Birch within 21 days from date of delivery.  All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please be sure your return is sent with a trackable number, as it is not Agate and Birch’s responsibility for a lost package.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you have received merchandise that has been damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible or issue you a refund.  Please email agateandbirch@gmail.com and include a picture of the damaged item, your name, and your order number.

All clearance items are final sale.
