Shipping

US Domestic orders (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time) are processed within 2-5 days of receiving it.  All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS.  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

A+B now ships to Canada's Ontario and Quebec provinces using UPS, USPS, or DHL depending on best rate.  Best options will present at checkout.

Packaging

How Agate + Birch addresses recycling, reusing, and repurposing packaging is an important topic for us and one that deserves to be addressed with our customers and supporters.  The goal is to use less, use sustainable materials, and recycle everything we can.  We reuse 90% of the product packaging that comes into A+B, which is often not sustainable or biodegradable.  We try to give single-use packaging a second life, thus keeping waste minimal.  We pack and ship orders with great care and thought as to how to best reuse packaging, and we encourage you to reuse and recycle on your end as well.
